We present our ongoing study of continuations from an educational perspective. Specifically, we report our experience teaching continuations in a graduate level course using a custom extension of the Pyret programming language. In this presentation, we focus on how students understood the concept of continuations, how they perceived various constructs for manipulating continuations, and what they thought about existing languages that have support for continuations. Our observations would guide us in finding good ways of teaching continuations and designing languages with continuations.
